Managing Contacts


Create a Contact

  • Click **Contacts** in the sidebar.
  • Click **+ New Contact**.
  • Fill in the contact details: name, email, phone, job title, company.
  • Click **Save**.

  • Contact Timeline

    Every contact has a timeline showing:

  • Emails sent and received
  • Calls and meetings logged
  • Deal activity
  • Notes and tasks
  • Automation events

  • Link to Companies

    Contacts can be linked to companies. When you set a contact's company, they appear on the company's profile page.


    Custom Fields

    On Professional plans and above, you can add custom fields to capture data specific to your business.


    Search and Filter

    Use the search bar and filters to find contacts by name, email, company, tags, or any custom field.
