Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kamili CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Kamili CRM.

2. Service Description

Kamili CRM is a customer relationship management platform that provides contact management, deal tracking, email integration, sales automation, AI-powered insights, and reporting. The service is part of the Kamili product ecosystem and uses centralized authentication.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your Kamili account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Creating a Kamili CRM account also creates a Kamili account that provides access to other Kamili products.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you input into Kamili CRM, including contacts, deals, emails, and notes. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your business data to train AI models.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) through the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the service
• Using the service to store or transmit malicious code
• Exceeding reasonable usage limits or API rate limits
• Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization

6. Subscription & Payment

Kamili CRM offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly, annually, or as one-time lifetime purchases through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Third-Party Services

Kamili CRM integrates with third-party services (Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Google, Slack, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. AI Features

Kamili CRM includes AI-powered features such as lead scoring, deal forecasting, and email generation. AI outputs are suggestions only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI predictions.

9. Intellectual Property

Kamili CRM, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Kamili Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamili Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial. Small claims court actions are exempt from this arbitration requirement.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
