What happens when I hit my plan limits?
You'll see a notification as you approach limits (at 80% and 100%). Core functionality is never blocked abruptly — you can always upgrade or adjust usage.
Can I switch between monthly and lifetime plans?
Yes. You can switch to a lifetime plan at any time. If you're on a monthly plan, the remaining balance is prorated.
Do I need a separate account for each Kamili product?
No. One Kamili account gives you access to all products — CRM, Calendar, Mail, Tasks, Help Desk, and Social.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.
