What Are Automations?

Automations let you trigger actions automatically based on events in your CRM. For example: when a deal moves to "Proposal", automatically send a follow-up email and create a task.


Create an Automation

  • Go to **Automations** in the sidebar.
  • Click **+ New Automation**.
  • Choose a **trigger** (e.g., Contact created, Deal stage changed, Email opened).
  • Add **conditions** to filter when the automation runs.
  • Define **actions** (e.g., Send email, Create task, Update field, Move deal stage).
  • Activate the automation.
