How to Set Up Your Sales Pipeline

Set Up Your Pipeline


  • Go to **Deals** in the sidebar.
  • Click **Pipeline Settings** (gear icon).
  • Name your pipeline (e.g., "Sales Pipeline", "Enterprise Deals").
  • Add stages by clicking **+ Add Stage** (e.g., Prospecting, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost).
  • Drag stages to reorder them.
  • Click **Save**.

  • Default Pipeline

    Every new organization gets a default pipeline with standard stages. You can customize it or create additional pipelines.


    Stage Properties

    Each stage has:

  • **Name**: Display name on the Kanban board
  • **Probability**: Win probability percentage for forecasting
  • **Color**: Visual indicator on the board

  • Multiple Pipelines

    On Starter plans and above, you can create up to 5 pipelines. Professional and above get unlimited pipelines.
