Go to **Deals** in the sidebar. Click **Pipeline Settings** (gear icon). Name your pipeline (e.g., "Sales Pipeline", "Enterprise Deals"). Add stages by clicking **+ Add Stage** (e.g., Prospecting, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost). Drag stages to reorder them. Click **Save**.
