How It Works

Kamili CRM uses AI to analyze your deal history and predict future outcomes:

  • **Win probability**: Each deal gets a probability score based on stage, velocity, and engagement
  • **Close date prediction**: Estimated days to close based on historical patterns
  • **Revenue forecast**: Aggregate pipeline forecast by month and quarter

  • Forecast Dashboard

  • Go to **Reports** > **Forecast**.
  • View predicted revenue by time period.
  • Filter by pipeline, owner, or team.
  • Compare forecast vs. actual performance.

  • Improving Accuracy

    The forecast improves over time as more deals are closed. For best results:

  • Keep deal stages updated
  • Log activities consistently
  • Set realistic close dates
  • Mark lost deals promptly

  • Confidence Levels

  • **High (70%+)**: Strong engagement signals, matches historical winning patterns
  • **Medium (40-70%)**: Some positive signals, but uncertain
